Organized Home Tour | Whole Home Functional Design

SPACE PLANNING | ORGANIZATION | SOURCING | SYSTEM CREATION

Project Overview

This project centered around reimagining how an entire home functioned, flowed, and told the story of the family living in it. What began as a collection of underutilized rooms, items without homes, and undefined storage areas became a cohesive, intentional, and highly functional home environment.

One of the key transformations took place in a bonus room featuring a recessed wall niche that had previously been empty. Rather than treating it as unused space, we designed custom built-in shelving to convert it into a purposeful display and storage area for memorabilia, keepsakes, trophies, and sports collections. What was once a neglected architectural detail became a focal point that brought order and meaning to the room.

Another major transformation involved a previously removed garden tub area that had become an underused storage zone. This space was redesigned into a dedicated “hers” closet, turning unused square footage into a functional and organized wardrobe system that better served daily routines.

A nursery space was redesigned, pantry and kitchen reorganized, reworked + redesigned guest rooms, and improvements to utility and storage zones.
