UNDER CONTRACT IN 33 DAYS

IMG_8792.jpg

Utilizing a few furnishings in this mostly vacant 1909 square foot home, we had one day and a limited budget to bring warmth and character to this family home. What could have been a long time on the market, this well-lived in family home received a little staging boost to give new buyers the idea of how they could live in this home. Unstaged, vacant homes spend an average of 184 Days on Market (DOM). This home was under contract in 33 days with light staging!

We defined the breakfast nook by adding a bistro size table and chairs. Working with the current cabinet treatment, rustic farmhouse style decor brought cohesion to the kitchen. We added black in the form of a hand towel to the refrigerator to again bring better cohesion to the space with mainly black appliances and charcoal gray on the cabinets (see better in the top photo). Plants emphasize the vaulted ceiling.

Unable to change the paint, we chose decor to bring cohesion and a fresh, spa-like vibe to this master bath with multiple colors and surfaces.

Since this was the kids’ bath in this family home, we opted to add a whimsical shower curtain and bright liquid soap for a little playfulness.

Adirondack chairs and outdoor pillows coordinate with the house color and brick. Plus, we always add a new entryway mat.
