Home Organizing

We create calm, functional, thoughtfully organized spaces through hands-on organizing designed around you, your home, and your everyday life. We look at the whole picture—how you use your space, what isn't working, and what would make life easier. Together, we make decisions, create order, and develop practical + sustainable systems that give everything a place and are designed to work for the long term.

01 | Consultation + Assessment

Every organizing project begins with an in-home consultation and assessment. We’ll walk through your space together, talk through what isn’t working, understand your priorities, and discuss how you want your home to function. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know your project, determine whether we’re a good fit, and show you what’s possible for your space.

Following the consultation, you’ll receive a clear project plan and estimate based on the scope of work we discussed.

02 | Project Planning + Preparation

Once you decide to move forward, we take care of the details needed to get your project underway, from your agreement and project scheduling to preliminary measurements and planning. We begin developing the approach for your space, considering storage needs, layout, products, and the practical details that will help everything work together.

03 | Edit + Organize

We work with you to sort, categorize, and make decisions about what stays and what goes, thoughtfully streamlining what you own and what needs to live in the space. As we work through the area, we gain a clearer picture of what’s needed and refine the organizing strategy, storage solutions, and product recommendations accordingly.

04 | Transform the Space

We bring the plan together and complete the space with care and attention to detail. Everything is thoughtfully arranged, stored, and given a designated place, creating systems that are practical, functional, and easier to maintain. Depending on the size and scope of the project, this may take one day or multiple visits.

The result is more than an organized space. It’s a home that feels calmer, functions better, and has systems designed to last.

All home organizing projects begin with an in-home assessment. During your consultation, we’ll assess your space, discuss your goals, and recommend the level of support that best fits your project.

Custom Closets

A well-designed storage space starts with understanding how you use it. We look at your space, your belongings, your routines, and what isn’t working, then develop a thoughtful design and organization plan around your needs. We focus on maximizing available space, improving flow and accessibility, and creating a layout that makes sense for the way you live.

Our service carries through from planning to the finished space. After the new system is installed, we return to organize and set it up, incorporating recommended organizing products, and making sure the space functions as well as it looks. Ideal for closets, pantries, and other dedicated storage spaces.

Custom closet and storage design includes:

Design fee starting at $500

Includes space assessment, planning, layout recommendations, and coordination with the storage provider selected for your project. Hands-on organizing and setup following installation are through our Home Organizing services.

Mail, Paper + Photo Organizing

Bring order to the papers, files, and photographs that can be difficult to manage and easy to accumulate. We work alongside you to sort through what you have, make decisions about what to keep, discard, or archive, and create a system that makes sense for your home and the way you manage information.

Together, we organize documents and files, develop practical filing systems, and thoughtfully sort and preserve photographs. Photos can be organized into albums, boxes, or other archival solutions, with recommendations for digitizing, archiving, or creating photo books when appropriate.

The goal is a streamlined system where important information is easy to find, meaningful photographs are thoughtfully preserved, and paper and files are easier to manage going forward.

Maintenance Organizing

Once your home is organized, decluttered, and streamlined by us, ongoing support can help keep the systems working as your life changes. Maintenance Organizing provides hands-on help to refresh, reset, and adjust the spaces we’ve created together, so they continue to function well over time.

We can return to reset closets and drawers, refold and rearrange, return items to their designated homes, update labels, adjust existing systems, incorporate new belongings, and make recommendations when something could work better. Seasonal resets and smaller organizing projects can also be addressed before they become larger ones.

Maintenance is a simple way to keep your home feeling organized, functional, and cared for—without waiting until things feel overwhelming again.

Maintenance Organizing
$65 per hour, per organizer
2-hour minimum

Maintenance visits are typically completed with one organizer, with additional organizing support available when needed.

Unpack + Organize

Start fresh in your new home with a space that is thoughtfully organized, functional, and ready to live in. We take the hands-on work of setting up your home off your plate—unpacking belongings, deciding where things should go, organizing each space, and creating systems that make everyday life easier.

We get to know how you want your home to function and work thoughtfully through your belongings as we set up each space. Rather than simply putting things away, we create practical homes for what you own, make the most of available storage, and identify opportunities for better organization along the way.

From kitchens and closets to bedrooms and everyday living spaces, we bring order and intention to your new home so you can settle in without spending weeks figuring it all out yourself.

Projects are customized based on the size of the home, volume of belongings, and level of setup required. Following your in-home assessment, we’ll provide a project estimate.

Home Staging + Preparing to Sell

We help you transition your home from lived-in to market-ready through a thoughtful combination of editing, organizing, styling, and occupied home staging. We look at your home through a buyer’s perspective, identifying what should be edited, stored, rearranged, updated, or highlighted to create a strong first impression and help the home show at its best.

Our approach is strategic and practical. We focus on the changes that will have the greatest impact on presentation, flow, and perceived value—while helping you avoid unnecessary work or expense. We use what you already own whenever possible and bring in additional staging elements when they will meaningfully improve the presentation.

Preparing your home for market may include:

The starting point for all organizing projects. This initial visit allows us to understand your home, your priorities, and how you want your space to support daily life. We’ll walk through your space together, identify challenges and opportunities, and talk through preferences, goals, and timeline.
