A Peaceful Home is a home organizing, interior decorating, and staging studio based in Tallahassee. Founder + Owner Stephani Lipford has been the catalyst for a 'less is more' lifestyle for over 14 years and the creative force behind many of Tallahassee’s well-thought-out homes. Her calm manner, approachability, and penchant for getting things done while wielding a designer's eye endear her to clients and positively impact clients’ homes and lives.

Meet Stephani Lipford
Owner, Cert. Profesional Organizer + Home Staging Expert
With a creative eye for design and a solution-oriented mindset, Stephani creates peaceful, modern spaces that make people happy. Leveraging these skills with earlier studies of psychology, fine art, feng shui, and color theory allows her to work in various interiors and help clients achieve their goals.
She earned the designation of HOME STAGING EXPERT® after studying from longtime home staging expert Lori Matzke. She became a CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER® in 2014 after reaching over 1500 hours working one-on-one with clients. Today, she has logged thousands of hours with hundreds of clients and specializes in home staging, coaching, organization, space design, and minimalism.
She grew up in real estate. Her mother and grandmother owned real estate companies all over Florida and sold properties in Orlando when the area grew rapidly in the 1980s. Fast-forward to today. Stephani's been a Tallahassee native for 17 years and thrives on blending purpose with aesthetics for a diverse clientele. In 2009, Stephani launched A Peaceful Home, a home and lifestyle company helping women simplify life, transform their homes, and make space for personal growth.
Stephani works closely with her clients to ensure a positive experience. Her unique skills and vision redefine how a WHOLE HOME looks, feels, and functions. With a process clients describe as “magic,” Stephani shares her gifts of good design, order, and transformation with overwhelmed families and individuals in Tallahassee and vacation homes along the coast.
