The challenge was updating and coordinating the colors that couldn’t change - grey metal roof, terra cotta brick, and new chocolate brown shutters - with a new color palette. We chose a grey-green to complement the other colors and added contrast and architectural details to front doors and front of the house to lighten up the look and feel of the exterior and the sizeable gabled roof. By adding white trim, we created cohesion with the white vinyl windows. This home was under contract in 3 days and sold for list price!
