Ahhh, the potential of a partially converted closed-in garage to make you extra income as a rental property. I designed, installed, and styled this space into a modern, relaxing getaway. Check out the last photos…the poorly designed stair rail was redesigned and we knocked down the closet and replaced it with a mini kitchen.

The space also received wood floors, new paint, and a modern painted arch over the bed. The result is fresh, bright, and welcoming.
